the staff greeted me with smiles and genuine helpfulness. i needed some directions to a local attraction, and they not only explained the route clearly but also provided a map! the room was super clean, and i liked the thoughtful touch of fresh towels delivered daily. the on-site italian restaurant had delicious food.
the corridor light flickered a bit outside my door.

The staff were friendly. The room had a lovely outdoor seating area. (I enjoyed my morning coffee there.) The bed was comfortable, and the whole place was nicely decorated with pictures of local history.
The room and facilities seemed a little tired. I had some inconvenience with the TV not working. I also found there were a shortage of plugs for my devices.
